Faculty Development
Faculty no longer have to request that a course be created for a term. Courses will be automatically created in webct.ua.edu for all sections offered in the next term. (Provided those sections are in the student information system (SIS).) Students will be automatically enrolled in those sections and will be added and dropped as necessary. Faculty will be assigned as instructors in those courses as indicated within SIS.
If you would like to develop a course or course content, please fill out the course request form on the next page. You will be given a separate WebCT ID and password for the developmental server as well as the new course you request.
You will be responsible for moving all courses developed on the developmental server to webct.ua.edu for actual use by students. (See the Help page for instructions on moving course content.)
